Welcome to the Department of Historical Accuracy!

Congratulations on your appointment to the Department of Historical Accuracy—the cornerstone of our nation's truth and stability. Your role is simple yet vital: ensure all historical records reflect the most accurate version of reality, as defined by our esteemed leadership.

You will receive official directives to update, revise, or remove details from our archives. Adjust dates, rewrite events, and eliminate misremembered inaccuracies—all to maintain the integrity of our collective memory.

Your diligence ensures that history remains clear, correct, and—above all—consistent. Remember, any contradictions you perceive are merely clerical errors.

Your loyalty to the truth is appreciated. After all, history is written by those who remember correctly.

Your work is integral to this country's future.

Please pay no attention the rumors that the last employee in this position was assigned and then disappeared at the end of the day. This is nothing but propaganda perpetrated by the opposition.

There's an issue in the current build, in which I'm unable to see the full message.

Seems like this game was for people with widen screens than my laptop.

Yeah this is weird. I have set the export to be 1920 X 1080, which I thought would be standard size enough, but maybe I need to adjust. This was for a game jam that is currently going on, so I don't want to start messing with files right now, but can after the jam is over.

This is a very good start to a funny, detailed game. There were a few issues with if you chose to shut down the computer, it freezes and you can't click on anything or get sent to a different screen

That is intended somewhat. The web build of this game will freeze, but if you had the actual game downloaded, it would kill the game. It doesn't make a ton of sense in the context of the web build because there is no "killing the game". Might need to come up with a more elegant solution for the web build.
